The new concept of the Top Customer Service Point is conceived as a spatial manifesto of Hera Comm’s identity.

Designed and developed by the architecture firm SpazioSP Studio Associato in collaboration with the creative studio Arte Vetrina Project, the project stems from the ambition to move beyond the purely functional dimension of the service point, creating instead a representative, coherent, and recognizable environment, grounded on two key principles: sustainability and circularity.

Sustainability is expressed through a measured and conscious material language. Natural wood, the protagonist of surfaces and furnishing details, introduces a tactile and warm dimension, while glossy lacquered white enhances light and conveys an image of formal clarity. The dialogue between these two polarities establishes a carefully balanced relationship between nature and innovation, comfort and technology, solidity and visual lightness. Circularity, on the other hand, is reflected in design choices oriented toward durability and adaptability: recyclable materials, modular systems, and flexible furnishings designed to evolve over time.

From a formal perspective, the design seeks to strike a balance between a contemporary aesthetic, characterised by clean lines, crisp surfaces and the discreet integration of digital devices and a welcoming, almost homely atmosphere that conveys a reassuring ‘family feeling’. The minimalist furnishings incorporate the brand’s corporate colours, reinforcing its colour identity and ensuring immediate recognisability. Central to the project is the lighting design, conceived as a narrative tool as well as a functional one. The technical lighting, uniform and high-performance, defines the workstations; in the communal and waiting areas, however, a curved light line, inspired by the flow of utilities, electricity, gas and water, unfolds, enveloping the spaces and the customer. Finally, the inclusion of natural greenery, following a biophilic approach, introduces an element of environmental wellbeing and humanises the experience, re-establishing a connection with nature within a highly technological setting.

The result is a contemporary and sustainable environment, where technology, identity and hospitality coexist in a measured balance. A space that does not merely provide a service, but builds relationships, translating the brand’s vision into a concrete and coherent experience.
